GWDFC NEW MEMBER INFORMATION SUBMISSION

Welcome! As a new member you will receive 4 electronic newsletters (quarterly) plus the
GWDFC archive on disk and a membership card. Dues are now paid for the first year only.
They are  $13 for US, $15 USD for Canada and $20 USD for Europe.

DUES OPTIONS:

• make a donation to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) through the GWDFC’s FirstGiving donation page.
• send a PayPal payment to club@gwdfc.org
• by check or money order - must be made out to "ALSF".

You must give a real name and birth date. The date is only needed to assure that
you are at least 18 years of age (minimum age for membership).

For many years the GWDFC has included a "CICN" (Common Interest Correspondence Network) listing in one newsletter a year. The
name, address, birthday (not year) and interests of participants are included so that club members with common interests may write to each
other if they wish. This address/information list will now be available to members on the members-only section of the club website.
